European Strategic Workshop on Water Safety Planning, 12 – 13 March 2014

In 2014, it was ten years since the World Health Organization (WHO) introduced the Water Safety Plan (WSP) approach in the 3rd edition of the WHO Guidelines for drinking-water quality and the International Water Association (IWA) Bonn Charter for Safe Drinking Water. The WSP concept is a risk-based approach to drinking-water quality management and is internationally considered as the point of reference for safe management of drinking-water supply from catchment to tap.
