The core of the Academy are transformation companionship processes. Professional actors from different professional and institutional backgrounds work together over a period of approx. one year to jointly explore and solve concrete sustainability problems. The Academy accompanies these collaborations through goal-oriented didactic preparation, trust building among participants, network development as well as theoretical impulses and practical exercises.
