The bar chart shows the insurance density for homeowners insurance with natural hazard cover and the insurance density for household insurance with natural hazard cover. Both time series show a significant increasing trend from 2001, the household insurance from 2002 to 2017. In 2017, the insurance density for connected residential building insurance with natural hazard cover was 40 percent, and the insurance density for household insurance with natural hazard cover was 24 percent. Also shown in the graph for 2012, 2014 and 2016 are the percentages of respondents who do not yet have eEV but intend to take it out. The values for the three years are 5.8 percent, 4 percent and 6 percent.
