Annual Report 2006 - Federal Environmental Agency

As the logo of the Federal Environment Agency, the UBA, states 'For man and the environment'. A team now comprising some 1.200 people has been working towards this objective for the past 33 years in Germany. The Agency's activities take place at the point where science and politics intersect, providing impetus and facts, and suggesting ways in which the einvironment and health can be effectively protected against negative influences.
