Conservation of biodiversity in the cultural landscape of the Vértes Hills (Hungary)

This project contributed to the conservation of biodiversity in the Natura 2000 site "Vértes" in Hungary. Together with experts from Hungary, the situation of the biodiversity and respective ecological factors have been analysed and recommendations have been derived for an appropriate management of the grassland habitat types steppe dry grassland and calcareous grassland. The findings have been published in a recommendation paper and in a booklet, which can be found in the menue "documents" of this website below.
