Supporting Ukraine with aligning policies and legislation with the UNECE Industrial Accidents Convention

The project supported Ukraine in aligning its national legislation with the UNECE Industrial Accidents Convention. An analysis report with recommendations and an implementation roadmap were prepared. Through technical consultations with authorities and stakeholders, as well as clarification of responsibilities, necessary capacities were built. This improves Ukraine's ability to prevent industrial accidents, strengthen disaster management, and align with EU standards.
