Improving the Safety of Tailings Management Facilities (TMFs) in Kyrgyzstan | Umweltbundesamt

The project focuses on the safety of mining waste storage and strengthens the technical and management capacities of affected companies and competent authorities. Practical instruments are being developed and used to improve the safety conditions of tailings management facilities and to update state cadastre and warning systems.
