The study ‘Strengthening soil protection and the remediation of contaminated sites through a revision of soil protection legislation’ (Duration of the RefoPlan project: 2022 to 2026, researchers: Ecologic Institute, Öko-Institut, Schnittstelle Boden) draws on the Federal Ministry for the Environment’s 2022 ‘Key Points Paper for an Amendment to National Soil Protection Legislation ’ to examine in detail the shortcomings of the existing regulations and discuss possible solutions.
