GE-I-1: Heat stress

The illustration ‘Days with heat warnings’ in the GWS warning districts – mean of the years from 2017 to 2021 – contains a map of Germany. The districts and the district-free towns have been differentiated in nine colour-coded categories according to the number of days with heat warnings in the mean of the districts regarding the years from 2017 to 2021. In this context, a particularly high number of heat warnings were recorded along the Upper Rhine Rift Valley in the south-west of Germany.
