Applicants should include the following information:

• Research topic (as listed in overview), research number (FKZ) and UBA Unit (FG),
• Proof of expertise and ability to handle the chosen topic, for example other relevant work done or scientific publications,
• Staff and technical capacities as well as personal motives and extent of co-financing.

Please note: In order to ensure prompt processing, UBA kindly requests that separate declarations be submitted for each individual project. The departments in charge at the Agency will assess the statements and take them into consideration in the event that competing statements result in a competitive award procedure.

The listing of a project in the Environmental Research Plan 2010 does not imply that it will actually be awarded in 2010. UBA does not send notification to applicants whose declaration of interest has not been taken into consideration.
