The project aimed at the collection and analysis of all factors effecting the regional development and to incorporate these into an integrated development concept – as a model for two areas in the Banat region: the catchment areas of the Trei Ape, Gozna, Breazova and Secu dams in the district of Caraş-Severin and the region around the Surduc reservoir in the district of Timiş.
