The ⁠BMUB⁠ supported in this project, the relatively young Ministry of Environment of Azerbaijan with needs assessments, project development and submission of applications to potential sponsors in the field of environmental and nature conservation. The project was the analysis of the whole structure of the environment, nature and resources management to Azerbaijan and culminated in an application package to build Azeri administrative capacity at the EU Commission.
