Air pollution affects our health, environment and economy. To improve air quality, ⁠UNECE⁠ Member States have been successfully working to reduce air pollution since 1979 under the Geneva Convention on Air Pollution. To help countries do this, the UNECE has developed two e-learning courses with the possibility of receiving a certificate of completion. The courses on the Geneva Convention on Long-range Transboundary Air Pollution and its Protocols (four modules) and on developing emission inventories (three modules) are available in English and Russian.
