Since 2002 the German-Russian Environment Days in Kaliningrad region take place nearly every year. For the 15th episode, taking place Octobre 25 and 26 2018, the Kaliningrad Regional Government suggested the topics "Environmental aspects of sustainable urban development" and "Sustainable Rural Development" for discussion.
