Despite the fact that Germany’s population is stagnating, vast tracts of open land are being developed for human settlement and transport infrastructure purposes.

The equivalent of the surface area of all playing fields for half a Bundeslieg soccer season is paved over each day. If you are contemplating a project involving construction on open land, you might want to consider whether renovating an existing building or revitalizing a site with constructions on it might be a more appealing solution than new construction on greenfield land or the like. Many urban residential and commercial areas offer numerous advantages when it comes to harmonizing work and private life.
