An UBA study gives recommendations on what donors should bear in mind in the funding of transport projects in developing and transition regions.
Many first think of infrastructure when giving support to the creation of sustainable transport systems. But they should also consider whether the project can be embedded in an overall concept, whether it fits with set policy goals and who can operate it, for example.
The UBA’s motto, For our environment (“Für Mensch und Umwelt”), sums up our mission pretty well, we feel. In this video we give an insight into our work.
