The aim of the programme is to support young professsionals in nature conservation from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia in the development of their professional skills and management capacities and the establishment of expert networks. To this end, the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation (BfN) has conducted six courses so far since 2012 for promising talents in the nature conservation sector.
Each course comprises four twelve-day modules online or at the International Academy for Nature Conservation Insel Vilm, Germany, combined with supported transfer projects and mentoring.
