Climate Technology Initiative Capacity Building Seminar, Ostritz Germany

6 - 10 December 1999

The final seminar session included a summary of the seminar discussions by Dr. Mez, (Environmental Policy Research Unit, Berlin). Mr. Bashmakov (CENEf Moscow) delivered a co-presentation addressing major shortcomings in the field of energy efficiency and deriving recommendations for further capacity building  from an Eastern European perspective. Following the results of the first brainstorming session, Dr. Glatzel initiated a concluding roundtable  discussion in order to explore the ground  for additional CTI capacity building workshops in Eastern Europe.
