Introduction of workshops
9:15-10:50     Workshop Breakout sessions :
Three parallel workshops address: What are the necessary steps and tasks for Hoseholds, consumers, producers, farming and policy makers:
    a)    “Eating for the Baltic” (moderation: Ottlia Thoreson, WWF Baltic Ecoregion Programme)
    b)    Production with reduced impact and nutrient losses (moderation: Lennart Gladh, WWF Sweden
    c)    Policy driven tools (moderation: Dietrich Schulz, UBA Germany)
10:50-11:20    Coffee Break (with snacks) in the main conference room
11:20-12:30    Plenary: Report back from workshops by rapporteurs and moderators
