If a substance is not mentioned in annex 1 or 2 of the VwVwS the classification according to annex 3 of the VwVwS has to be implemented by industry on their own responsibilities. The Classifier has to document this classification and send it for collection and publishing to the Office of Documentation and Information on Substances hazardous to waters:

For WGK-documentations the documentation form which is available as download has to be applied. In future an online-documentation is planned.
The classifier is liable to notify the Office of Documentation and Information on Substances hazardous to waters about changes in the documented data immediately.
